Leads daily lawn and landscape maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, overseeing crew members, and ensuring client requests are completed accurately and on time. Maintains quality standards while serving as the main point of contact in the field.
Performs routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation checks, and seasonal cleanups. Works as part of a team to keep residential and commercial properties clean, healthy, and well maintained.
Oversees landscape installation and build projects from start to finish by managing crew assignments, jobsite safety, and quality control. Communicates with clients and ensures projects are completed efficiently and to design specifications.
Serves as the primary installer on landscape construction projects, handling all installation tasks with precision and care. Reports directly to the Crew Lead and helps deliver high quality results on every project.
